If I could play bagpipe music without sensory issues, I would, because I used to love bagpipe music. Unfortunately, over time, they’ve gotten more and more of a problem until now I can’t listen to any of it. 😦

what happens if you complain about them?
Nothing that makes any material effect to my experience. I mean, they might send someone to talk to them about their music, but it doesn’t make them turn it down. The only thing that seems to reduce the noise is rain, which makes me think that the speakers causing the biggest problems are outdoor speakers, and rain means they can’t use them.
