Name three things you wish you saw more or in your main fandom (or a fandom of choice).
Hmm. I’m sorta busy helping write a lot of the stuff I want to see more of in Star Wars fic. Mostly fic where the Jedi are not as right as they think they are, and the Sith might be assholes but the Dark itself doesn’t have to be evil. (Balance and Through a Mirror Darkly are the fics that come immediately to mind)
To jump to another fandom, [Prototype] is probably a fandom where I want more fic, period. If I were picky, I’d want more xeno – in this case, exploration of what it means to be a sentient human-eating virus who doesn’t actually want to slaughter people indiscriminately (unless the humans are shooting at said sentient virus).
Also more fic dealing with the whole amnesia/’absorbing memories from the absorbed/eaten people’ thing.
Lastly, fixit-fic for Prototype II, or at least happy fic where *spoiler* Alex got to have his sorta-sister NOT be a dang coma for the end of it, because wow, cop-out much?

Invent a random AU for any fandom (we always need more ideas).
Hummmm. Star Wars AU – Padme is Sidious’ real Apprentice, not Maul or Dooku – those are just red herrings for the Jedi to chase after. After all, the Jedi never even suspect Palpatine until the end. Why should the real Apprentice be any more obvious?
Sidious uses Anakin’s obvious crush on Padme, instructs her to cultivate it and pull Skywalker closer to the Dark side. Hmm. Not sure if Padme is actually in love with Anakin, or just comes to like him a lot. If she’s set on following the Sith ways, she’d try to sway Anakin to HER side, and her side only, but she’d need to be subtle about it, and not alert Palpatine, who is after all, also Anakin’s friend. In that case, the pregnancy might be deliberate – even if Anakin finds out the truth, he’ll stay with her out of loyalty to his children.
If Padme is trying to get away from Sidious’ control, to actually stop Sidious’ plans, she might be working from the shadows to obstruct Palpatine, as well as being a little too successful in her public obstruction of him in the Senate. She’d still want Anakin on her side – a powerhouse of a fighter can’t hurt, when it comes time to kill her Master. She might also try getting Obi-Wan as an ally. I don’t know that she could approach the Council without word getting back to Palpatine, so that might not be an alliance she could make.
Dooku isn’t really on a high enough level to try and subvert – too set in his ways, too certain of himself. She might try some of the other Separatists, like Mina Bonteri – THAT might be why she sent Ahsoka, to have a cover for meeting Mina. She might not be as quick to tell Palpatine about the ‘good news’ of having managed to get the Seps to come to the peace table.
Humm. I wonder, given the face-change technology we see in TCW, whether the ‘Padme’ in the Senate is sometimes a handmaiden or two from her Queen days, instead of Padme, and she’s out playing ‘mystery helpful Sith’ with Anakin instead? Oh dear is Anakin attracted to the Mystery Helpful Sith? He’d be SO CONFUSED and feel SO GUILTY, poor guy.
….This is also a prime example of why asking for a random AU from me is dangerous. They tend to grow, and quickly.
Plunnie free to good home! 😀

Unchained AU: Obi-Wan/Qui-Gon, first time for sex after rescuing Obi-Wan (of any variety of sex).
Okay, this part is actually already mostly written except for the actual sexytime bit. (and yes this is their first time having any kind of sex. they’ve been intimately close many times prior to this but Obi-Wan had zero/zip/no interest in sex for quite some time.) SOOOO I’m going to copy over the beginning of the scene. Which will not actually contain sexytimes. I HOPE THIS IS ACCEPTABLE!

*glees*
(How did I not reblog or like this when it was first posted? I know I read it, and enjoyed it and thought it was awesome.)
SW prompt, possibly not the most helpful of all prompts, but basically anything to do with Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon from Unchained? ;p
well, this one is a bit violent… I hope that still works for you =D

There’s a manic grin on Obi-wan’s face, making the glow of his eyes even more evident. He should look disturbing, cutting through the enemy lines with his new saber. Allegion can’t look away.
He’s glorious.
Qui-Gon had often admired the way Obi-wan fought, there was something about his form, something uninhibited in the usually constrained young man. Now it wasn’t just ‘something’ uninhibited. Obi-wan was more. He was violence unleashed. Wrath unchained. He was a storm. The force rose and bent around him, helping him dismantle enemies and their machines alike. He and anakin didn’t step onto the field with him in moments like this. Not unless he called. Obi-wan needed the release of emotion, the use of rage. It made his eyes burn gold and fire fly from his fingers. It wouldn’t be long before force lightning came along as well. Allegion had seen it before it was only a matter of time. For now the fire is equally effective.
When Obi-Wan razes the remainder of their enemies to the ground and returns to them, Allegion is waiting alone. Anakin had opened the link between the three of them briefly then muttered something darkly about giving them alone time. Obi-Wan is singed and blood spattered when he approaches him. The grin has faded but he’s still smiling.
Qui-Gon nearly runs to him, taking his face in his hands and pulling him into a searing kiss. The stench of burning flesh and spilled blood is all too easily forgotten when Obi-wan leans into his frame.
sith au fic idea: weird force shit pulls the sith versions of anakin, obi-wan, and ahsoka into canon during the clone wars
for some reason they can’t back until the war is over, so they end up bunking with the jedi after it’s confimed that they’re from another dimension and aren’t about to kill everyone
and the sith version of obi-wan freaks the order out the most because it’s nearly impossible to tell him apart from the jedi version
the sith version of anakin is noticeably more savage and impulsive, the sith version of ahsoka is cruel in a way the jedi version isn’t, and then there’s sith obi-wan
he speaks and talks and gestures like the jedi version, he has the same sense of humor, the only way to tell them apart is if he drops the glamour concealing the red of his eyes
the jedi versions of ahsoka and anakin watch this man that looks like their master casually torture and kill and can’t help wondering how much darkness their obi-wan hides
“…but together? Together they are a supernova burning everything in its path.”
Oh sweet lord.

Headcanon/prompt for You Shall Become (Me) – after Obi-Wan and Anakin leave the Sith temple, the guardian begins fantasizing about how awesome this revival of the true Sith Order will be. Problem is – somehow said fantasies end up somehow getting transmitted to Obi-Wan and Anakin (maybe because Anakin became a true Sith there, and Obi-Wan catches the fantasies through their bond). At first, they freak out, but then they realize… a lot of these ideas are actually pretty good ones.
I hope this is what you wanted. And I’m sorry I took so long to get to this one. I wanted to finish up the actual story first, then had to deal with a bit of writer’s block.

Anakin
woke up and stared at the ceiling. This
was becoming entirely too common. He
rolled out of bed, careful not to wake Padmé, and pulled out the small datapad
he used after one of these dreams. He
padded out into the living room and sat down.He made
some quick notes on the dream- a school system, used to indoctrinate children
into believing in the Sith- and sighed.
The school system looked like it’d be a good idea, so long as what was
taught was actually the truth.His
comlink chimed. “Skywalker,” he said
quietly.“A school
system?” Obi-Wan asked.Anakin
sighed. “Yeah,” he said. “Where are these things coming from?” he
asked. “I mean… most of them have at
least a kernel of a good idea, but the whole focus on glorifying the Sith is
getting annoying.”Obi-Wan
sighed. “I don’t know, Anakin,” he said. “Do you ever get the impression that it’s…”“Entirely
too happy about the idea of the Sith running everything?” Anakin finished.“Exactly,”
Obi-Wan said sourly.Anakin
sighed. “I don’t like it,” he
admitted. Somehow, it was easier to say
that when Obi-Wan was just a voice over the comm.“Neither
do I,” Obi-Wan said. “I just can’t
figure out what the point is. We’re not
doing anything with it- well. We’re not
doing anything that gives us more power.
We take the good parts, and leave the bad.”“At least
we’ve got some good ideas out of it,” Anakin said.“Right.”
They were
silent for a long time. “I suppose we
just continue on,” Obi-Wan said. “I’m
certainly not going to tell the Council.”“Thank
you,” Anakin replied.“Get some
sleep, Anakin,” Obi-Wan said. “Tell
Padmé the new ideas in the morning, and then we have a sparring session with
your Padawan after my Council meeting.”“See you
tomorrow, Obi-Wan,” Anakin said in response.
He turned off his com at the same moment he heard a click indicating
Obi-Wan had done the same thing. At least
the dreams were giving them some good ideas.
