Umm. Methos, Joe Dawson, and MacLeod and some party of (insane?) original characters end up on a weird Leverage-style con job (sort of like the King George Job?) to take down some bad guy (Immortal, of course).
Bad guy is aware of Hamunaptra’s general location and is fully set on looting it (idiot). Literally every other Immortal is dead certain Hamunaptra doesn’t exist (although Atlantis does).
However, Hamunaptra does exist… and, yes, disturbing ancient resting places is stupid, especially if they haven’t gotten over the last time this shit happened in 192-bloody-5. And it will pick you up and put you right into the mess that happened in 1925, don’t even think.
Like nobody learned from the Indiana Jones movies, DO NOT DISTURB THE ANCIENT RESTING PLACE. It has traps. And anywhere between 6 to 8 Immortals in one hotel is kind of a recipe for absolute disaster.

TMSM: With The Librarians being cancelled is there any possibility of it being picked up?

Not quite sure about a possibility of it being picked up. People have
moved on to different stuff. There is always a possibility. Dean is
talking about doing something. I know Noah has expressed his interest in
doing a movie. I don’t know if it would be a movie of the week or on
the big screen. The Librarians is 12 years old. Noah created it so I
don’t see it going away.
TMSM: Is there any possibility of seeing Leverage return?

Leverage is actually closer to being a reality than The Librarians.
Everyone is kind of in on it. I just had dinner with Tim Hutton, he
wants to do it. Dean wants to do it. The whole cast just got to dinner
the other night. We all sat down and were all talking about it. It’s
such a huge possibility. I gotta be honest with you, at some point it’s
gonna become a certainty. There is no way that’s gonna disappear.
I teared up. I need more Leverage in my life.
Leverage is what 2018 needs. And probably 2019, too. Desperately.
Ok so I’ve been playing for 18 years and i’m a string teacher. Can i just say how IMPORTANT it is for young kids to see a BLACK, MALE-PRESENTING PERSON playing, nae, SHREDDING on a violin? I’ve know maybe 5 black people who played stringed instruments throughout my schooling and teaching (predumably because i’m an upper middle class white woman). In districts where the population is predominantly black, funding is always low, so the instruments are crappy. Kids quit, or the program is dismantled. I’ve seen very few professional string players who are black.
Obviously there are black string players. We just don’t see them because they “don’t look like” string players.
This person is the real deal. They were clearly trained, and seems to have some fiddle training as well. How cool is that?
NX Kardasi is a version of Cardassian language designed for fanfic usage and based on canon Cardassian words and Cardassian culture. It relies on latin characters that can be typed easily with a keyboard set as UK Extended, and is meant to be possible to write, read and speak:

Now the question
I’ve written up a doc about the grammar of this language, which, while funny and written as a guide for aliens to learn Kardasi and integrate into Cardassian society, can be a bit tough for someone who isn’t a slut for grammar. To me, that guide is a very good reference, and it’s pretty much all I need to write/translate texts in NX Kardasi, but I was planning on making lessonsthat would be more accessible, with typical sentences, dialogs, exercises, etc:
Thing is, I don’t feel like there’s much of an interest for this in the fandom. I don’t see much curiosity or excitement, and as such I ask myself “why should I write lessons that nobody will use?” I don’t have the drive to do things that people aren’t looking forward to.
