I’m glad weeding went well and talking helped!

Removed half a pound of sorrel – which, granted, wasn’t entirely a weed, because I wasn’t fussed by it being there, I just don’t have any use for it – three nettles, a half dozen plants that I can’t remember what they’re called, a bunch of ground ivy, and some spiky plant that I still haven’t identified other than undesirable and pokey. Pretty purple flowers do not make up for pokey.

I have to get in mulch/straw for around the strawberries for the winter to protect them, and probably just going to rake leaves once they fall over the center of the garden where there’s nothing but some very unhappy parsleys, and might lightly cover the oregano and lemon balm with fallen leaves once I have them, too. But that’s for no earlier than the weekend.

:C *hugs*

*hugs you all* Thank you.

I did go to bed within about an hour of posting this, though my brain was still running in circles, and this morning was a definite “do not want to get up, I feel like I haven’t slept at all” morning.

On the other hand, getting up meant getting supplies for the cat, more butter and cream, and then making peaches and cream for breakfast once back from Costco.

There’s nutmeg and sugar in there, too. And it is tasty and awesome and perfect for a not so great morning.

(Also, Jessamine decided she needed me to roll her balls for her to pounce and brought them over to me for me to do so. It was adorable.)

Ganbatte!!!

Thank you both! 🙂

Didn’t have glowsticks after all, so there was no silly games with glowsticks. Shall make sure of them before Pennsic next year.

Said I’d post pictures of my tired and frazzled self at the end, so, below the cut is me, and is also the two strings worth of fandom themed cords, with a few gaps. Shall have better pictures with labels after Pennsic.

Meanwhile – G’night all, and I hope you sleep well when you get there.

Tired me backlit.

Star Wars themed braids plus bell and sign.

Avengers, Harry Potter, Star Trek, and a couple other themed braids.

Think I saw you pop on the other day very, very briefly. Hope your travels are going well and things are going smoothly! Sending good vibes and low-pain thoughts your way *hugs* :3

*hugs back*

Pennsic is being awesome, and now that the bus is running between parking and the battlefield, I can make it to the merchant booth I’m working at with minimal pain. 🙂

I also have internet that does not require my phone, though the speed is variable.

Y’all are awesome, and it does help to see these, so you know.

I had a bag of strawberries I had just finished thawing, so 15 oz of ripe strawberries, a little lime juice, and a generous dollop of honey makes for a good smoothie to push the anxiety away to a manageable level.

And I didn’t have to worry about dinner, because dad roasted brussel sprouts with salt and olive oil and then added lemon juice and parmesan cheese, and cooked some meatballs, so dinner came ready made. (Brussel sprouts need a bit of garlic and some more cheese, because that half a lemon was a bit much for that many brussel sprouts, but. Still a recipe that makes them edible, so I’m good with it.)

It also helps (now, with all the nommy strawberry goodness) that I have managed things today before anxiety decided to be a brat. So today is overall a good day, despite brain weasels.
